With a variety of active projects and a wide network of volunteers, we harness our skills and resources to successfully achieve our goals. We believe young people are Cyprus' highest potential resource and harnessing their strengths is vital to the future of our country.

Meet our Community Founder
Elena Pantazi
Community Founder
Elena is a Partner at Northzone, a global venture capital fund investing in technology companies. She focuses on helping Northzone’s portfolio companies build strong teams and advise founders on their growth journey. Prior to Northzone, Elena was Director of Operations at Bain Capital Private Equity Europe. Before this, Elena was an Investment Manager at venture philanthropy fund Impetus and VP of research at Third Bridge, a fast-growing start-up, having joined as an early employee. Elena started her career at UBS as an Investment Banker. She holds an MBA from INSEAD, an MPhil in International Relations with Distinction from Cambridge and a BSc in Economics from UCL. She is the proud mum of two girls, Sophia and Stephanie.

Emmanuella Kouyoumdjian
Art Director
A graduate in Graphic & Advertising Design from Cyprus, supplemented by a diploma in Fashion Styling from Athens, Emmanuella embarked on a self-employed journey in April 2006. Since then, she has the privilege of collaborating with a diverse clientele, both locally and internationally. These collaborations have not only shaped her professional trajectory but have also fostered enduring friendships along the way. For Emmanuella, success isn't just about delivering exceptional work – it's an innate dedication to building meaningful connections. Emmanuella thrives on the bonds formed and the shared moments that defines her journey as a graphic designer. As the Art Director of " Day In The Life", Emmanuella brings a dynamic blend of creativity, passion, and unwavering dedication to this endeavour. Married to her best friend and proud mama to a future girl rockstar, Emmanuella embodies a deep-rooted enthusiasm for art and design. Her journey is marked by a relentless pursuit of the extraordinary, a refusal to conform to the mundane, and a penchant for infusing every moment with a touch of brilliance.
